Appointments & Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your booking, depending on the service selected.
Deposits are applied toward the total service cost and confirm your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may result in the loss of your deposit.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or require rescheduling to maintain our schedule.
No-shows or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.
Vehicle Condition
Final pricing is based on the actual condition of the vehicle upon inspection.
Vehicles with excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or heavy buildup may require additional time and may be subject to an added charge. This will always be discussed before proceeding.
Service Results
While we aim for the highest level of results, some imperfections (such as deep stains, permanent wear, or paint damage) may not be fully correctable.
We are committed to transparency and will communicate realistic expectations before and during the service.

If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can address any concerns and make it right.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.
